Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of cooked rice,Half bunch of fresh palak ,1 onion ,1 Tomatoes ,6 pods of garlic ,2 green chillies, 7 curry leaves,pinch of hing , quarter tea spoon of cummin seeds ,salt as per taste , quarter cup of fresh coriander

Directions

  • First clean palalk and put them in boiling water and wait till it's cooked then remove palak from boiling water and put them in ice cold water and allow it to become cold once it's cold then put them in mixer jar and add green chillies and fresh coriander and grind everything to prepare Puree . Second step of recipe is as follows take a wok add oil once oil is hot then add cumin seeds allow them to crackle then add finely chopped onion and tomatoes and few curry leaves and pinch of hing and finely chopped garlic mix everything and cover the wok let everything cooked then add pre prepared palak puree and mix everything and then add pre cooked rice mix everything and cover the wok for few minutes it's ready in short period
